Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (formerly Central Police Canteen (CPC))
As a measure of welfare for the serving and retired CAPFs (BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB and Assam Rifles) personnel, the Ministry of Home Affairs has set up the Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (formerly CPC) System that came into existence on 18th Sept 2006. As of now it has 119 Master Canteen which act as Distribution Centre and 1778 Subsidiary Canteens which sells products to their troops and families. Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar facilities have also been extended to various departments under MHA personnel and other central security agencies personnel wiz RPF, I.B, SPG, NCRB,NIA and all State Police Organizations.

Process for CPC purchase
- Customer may select his/her favorite Honda 2wheeler model from the entire range of Registered Honda Motorcycles and Scooters. After taking the quotation from authorized dealer of Honda, the customer will directly pay the quoted price at the dealership itself.
- For the Registration, insurance & accessories also the customer would be required to pay directly at the dealership.
- No authorization letter/document from the Canteen is required, only ID proof is sufficient.

Process for CSD Purchase
- Customer should register himself on the AFD portal (www.afd.csdindia.gov.in).
- Customer can see the list of HMSI dealers authorised for conducting CSD business in your state on the AFD portal itself.
- Customer can select his/her favorite Honda 2wheeler model from the entire range of registered models and request a quotation from CSD authorised dealer
- Customer needs to login into the AFD portal, select the model and upload all required documentation including the availability certificate
- Customer needs to make full payment on the AFD portal after selecting the model and by selecting one of the various available online payment modes
- Once the payment is completed, the status will be reflected on portal and a confirmation would be sent as soon as the supply order is generated
- Customer must submit supply order to the concerned HMSI Dealers for processing of the order, along with identification proof

Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Avenue:
Govt of India initiated a new marketplace solely for state & central government departments named Government e-Marketplace (GeM). This portal enables all buyers and sellers to congregate on a single platform. GeM portal is a replacement of DGS&D, an organisation which was responsible earlier for procurement of goods and services on behalf of govt departments.
- HMSI is a registered seller on the portal offering a flat 12% discount on the ex-showroom price (one price pan India) to all registered buyers.
